I reached out again because the casting issue has lasted more than a day with no real fix. Videos play fine on my phone and the TV device is detected, but when I try to stream to the screen it goes black and shows a connection timeout error. Very disappointing.

Poor experience overall. Live matches freeze during playback despite good internet, they charge the subscription before the due date and refuse refunds even after canceling without using the service. They claim it is a renewal fee. Feels misleading.

I canceled within a day — worst subscription decision I have made. With the annual plan you stay locked in paying for twelve months. The app barely runs on TV or desktop and is unreliable on mobile, as if it only truly works with a traditional pay-TV package and external hardware.

It is absurd to pay for premium streaming and still get constant freezes. After testing every setup, my connection was clearly not the issue. An unofficial stream ran smoothly in high quality, so a paid app should at least beat that — instead it stutters all the time.
